We deal with environments affected by biological contamination, hazardous materials, traumatic incidents and other situations requiring specialist cleaning and remediation. Our approach is built around three principles: technical competence, controlled procedures and complete discretion.
More than cleaning
Biohazard remediation demands a very different level of expertise from conventional cleaning. Our team uses specialist equipment, professional protective measures and appropriate decontamination procedures to safely manage affected environments. That includes an ATP swab machine that tests for contamination and UV tests before we provide you with a certificate of sanitization.
From the initial assessment through to cleaning, hazardous waste handling and property restoration, we manage the process professionally and thoroughly.
We do not provide domestic or general cleaning services.

Discretion is part of the service
Many of the situations we deal with are highly sensitive and we understand the importance of confidentiality, professional conduct and minimal disruption. Our teams work discreetly and respectfully, with clear communication throughout the process. There is no unnecessary fuss. Just a professional response to a difficult situation.
We operate unmarked, inconspicuous, specialist dual unit vans that are specially modified for our work. They meet all legal requirements for handling contaminated and hazardous waste and we are fully insured and underwritten by Lloyds of London.
From remediation to restoration
Our expertise goes beyond decontamination. Where contamination has affected flooring, fixtures or other parts of a property, we can also undertake appropriate removal, replacement and restoration work.
This means the process can be managed from initial assessment right through to the safe restoration of the affected area and in most cases, all costs are covered by your own home insurance.
